Hello My name is celal, I'm having very bad exprience with verizon fios it's like worst nightmare

here is what happened, I order fios triple bundle

and I asked them to keep my existing number, I've

got instalation but not to tv because free instalation

its not really free they asked me about $500 to run new cable , installer tall me not to activate internet

untill he inform fios change otherwise they would charge me all package, so i didnt later i couldnt activate internet iegther, they've changed my phone

number and I wasnt informed, we made some international calls because we have other international carrier with other company with old number we thought since we have our old phone number we have same deal but after making sevaral

calls about 110 munites verizon felt to warn us about charges they made $4.20 per munite wihch I pay 9 cents with my other carrier, after all this their

customer service is horrible no one knows any thing

avarge i spent 45 munites to 2hours depent when you make the call, you start with person and I have to explain all this I'm writing here Each person, they some of them try to help others just dont hear you at all, and then they transfer you this department that department some times you comeback same department after talking 5 diffrent person, worst of all you have no result, I made bigesst mistake turning back to verizon I thought big company is better but I was wrong I advice no boddy to get verizon ever.
