I traded in a phone for a new one. I was told to clean the old phone of records / reset it and bring it back for the trade in.

I did that. 1. I was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes to turn in my phone! 2.

When I did try to trade it in, they said I had to ship it myself as the store couldn't take it back as it was set up for a home replacement. BS. I was told specifically I could bring it in by the salesperson who handled the sale. I was upset and demanded to speak to the manager.

He wouldn't make any corrections to the system to allow me to turn it in there. When I told him my family would never deal with Verizon in the future, he told me to leave the store.

I left the old phone in pieces on their floor. NEVER EVER WILL I WALK INTO THAT STORE AGAIN

User's recommendation: use any other carrier.

Monetary Loss: $66.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Verizon Cons: Too many to count - beginning with customer service.
