Business expansion is not to expand but also to listen and resolve.I have never experienced so unprofessional and disorganized organization as verizon.
Moving in new home can be a nightmare if you dealing with verizon. The agents do not pick phone for 40-50 minutes than hang up, never call back.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of verizon customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Verizon needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
