For a little over a two-week period, I lost phone, Internet, and Fios services.Today is the 4th consecutive day and the technician who called this morning could not provide even a range of time that he would get to me, and so I continue to wait.
This is bad, but not as bad as the rude, disrespectful treatment I experienced with Customer Service representatives. One even asked me "What do you want us to do, cancel other tickets and move you ahead of everyone else?" "Today is Friday, we don't work on weekends so the 24th (of November) is the earliest day we can get someone out." This is totally unacceptable! I tried to find telephone numbers and email address for Verizon corporate officials. Found and sent email to several.
No assume they were received since they did not bounce back but I have yet to receive any type of response.
I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years, apparently, that's too long!I intend to do something about that.
