We have been with Verizon for several years. Over the past 5 - 6 months our cell reception has gotten weaker and sometimes non-existant.

Several calls for tech support, nothing has been done to check into it. Our local store was sold to an independent owner, and now just sells phones. They don't even activate them. You cannot get any assistance from the store.

When we decided that we should change our service to another carrier, we had to go on the internet to pay off the remainder of our phones.

When we got the receipt via email, they were done by a store in New Jersey, (we live in Mississippi). I am so happy with leaving Verizon.
