I have had Fios for about 1 year with no issues.A week ago the internet and tv service started failing.

I contacted their support and was told that a technician would not be available for three days from the report. I remained without service for those days until the technician came and fixed the service. Within two days the service was gone again and now I Have to wait four days for another technician. The worst part is that Verizon is not providing any services and will only credit lost time after the second issue is resolved.

SO let me see - I pay $150 a month for a week of lost service and they will not even let me out of my contract.My advice is to avoid Verizon, they have terrible customer service and restrictive policies that punish the consumer.
