I have had many problems with verzion bundle so I called to cancel my dsl and directtv.they are saying I didn't cancel so now again they have cancelled my directtv again allmorning I have tried to fix this and all I get is around around Ihave confirmation # and names of people i talked too.I have never failed to my bill till althis started.I feel they are at fault,because I did what they told me to do. why should I have to go though anguish & fustration.this is not my fault #626 3331396 callon10/27/09 spoke to Elaine #oc5938999.
