I am well aware of verizon's reputation for the worst customer service ..but this time around, it was really really bad. My issue started when they had a marketing call saying that it would benefit me to bundle up all 3 services .
I had refused any change as I was out of contract and wished to remain that way. Instead I noticed that every month my bill was going up. Since I did not have a contract, they were just increasing the price since they were not tied to a contract. So I finally gave it and got into a contract at least to keep the price constant.
My order got screwed up , my phone service was cut off and I have been on the phone for 4 hours...and the agony is not over yet. Every rep says that the previous rep was wrong and they apologize...It is by far the worst customer service probably in the entire world.
