They installed food in our area a few months ago and they won't stop calling texting mailing and emailing us. I have told them to take me off their list and they just hang up.

I actually signed up for their service and the order confirmation came in $20 more per month than I was quoted on the phone.

Then I couldn't find anywhere on their website to cancel and then it took forever to get someone to help me with customer service and then they tried to talk to me out of canceling. I was literally screaming at the rep to cancel my order and he finally did after several last attempts to get me to not cancel the order.

Today someone came to the house pitching FIOS - ahhhhhhh

I had the same issue.

Go to google, look up "verizon executive customer care"

Start sending emails asking for free service, every time they say no ask nicer.
