Not resolved

I called Verizon wireless to cancel my two wireless accounts. I was told that they could not apply the deposit to my account and that it would be sent to me in 4-6 weeks.

I told them that was not acceptable since the last cust service rep told me to apply it when I cancelled. I asked to tak to a manager. I was THEN informed that they had NO records of the $500 deposit which I had to deposit because of credit!

I am suing these crooks and filing a class action lawsuit! Anyone who is in the same situation contact me at!
