Not resolved

So just after having this phone for a month (32 days to be exact), half of the screen has completely crapped out on me. I've kept this thing in pristine condition, I haven't dropped it and it doesn't even have a single scratch.

Hard to believe that when I went to the Verizon Store with a receipt to exchange it for a replacement model, they said it would cost me $99.99 for a replacement fee! Unbelievable, I paid $199.99 for the phone and a two-year contract and they wanted to charge me half the price of the phone just to give me a replacement. After a half an hour going back and forth politely with the manager, I was forced to eat the cost or be phoneless.

Unbelievable. I can tell you that the last day of my contract cannot come soon enough.

Monetary Loss: $99.
