Ive been a Verizon wireless customer for years,i have 3 line ,plus there mini laptop,they MEGA BYTES is a scam and it never resets itself as it suppose to each month ,than they tell you there's an update for your constantly to get you to go over your allowed MEGA BYTES for that billing period ,so they can charge you more money...Than when you call customer service they treat you like your *** ,and we/the consumer don't know what were talking about ,as if . If you call the corporate office to complain like i did ,they treat you the same,and forget if it wasn't for customers,he wouldn't have a job....

You're right, Verizon could care less about their customers. I dealt with their pinhead customer service dept yesterday. After 8 years as a loyal customer and considering how I was just railroaded, I am glad to be done with them.
