About four years ago Verizon consolidated my phone service bil for the land line, my cell phones, and my internet connection. I have been paying this bill as one lump sum since then.
In October of 2010 my Verizon payment got posted to Verizon Wireless instead of Verizon.
In spite of numerous phone calls, E-mails, and interaction from my internet payment service which detailed conversations with specific individuals as well as dates and times Verizon is unable to take the funds paid to Verizon Wireless and transfer them to Verizon.
Can you imagine incompetence of that scale. And the company claims great customer service.
Doesn't it make you wonder about the validity of their claim. I say go Brighthouse!!
