We added 1 new phone to our plan. They charged us activation and fees for 3 phones.

No one could help me but the one sales person responsible who of course was away on vacation. I'd have to wait.And the billing cycle rolls on. Finale, I was able to get a manager. I explained and complained.

They finale credited us money back.

Then charged us all sorts of fees plus a termination fee for a phone .I explained and complained Again. They credited us $186.81 the following month and then Charged me $ 173.04 for surcharges on the same bill.
