My son had numerous problems with a cell phone going back 11 months. After several exchanges, we were billed for a phone not being returned.
After many many many calls, it was determined that Verizon had the wrong serial number. I was promised a credit and a return phone call, which never happens. In the meantime I upgraded my phone and I am not happy with it and I only have 30 days to exchange, but can't do anything because I have the outstanding balance of my son's non-returned phone. I have spent numerous time on the phone, been promised a credit and all of the customer service reps say they will call back and never do.
I think this is their standard line to get rid of you. Yesterday, I was told that I was at risk of having my service interupted and would be charged a fee to turn back each of my five lines.
What a joke!
