A couple of my remote control units for my Verizon FIOS cable boxes are not working. Various buttons stop working.

I pay a monthly rental fee for the desk top boxes (and yes the remotes came with them). You would think that the remotes are part of the rental....incorrect, Verizon's customer services says the remotes are not part of the rental.

Every time I contact Verizon customer service, they push me to upgrade service but never resolve my issues. I am getting charged for 3 set top boxes and only have 2.

Their records show that I have 3. I have had nothing but problems with Verizon and their customer service, time to change.

FIRE ALL of Congress who take Kickbacks from these large corporations and denounce regulation of them. Deregulation only serves to hurt the Consumers, Employees, and our Environment.

When Congress gets their Pink Slips, only then will they act on behalf of the People they work for! :(
