we have been Verizon customers for the last 3 years, and up until 6 months ago,we were pleased. Our last 6 bills have had unauthorized fees for seervices we did not order.

When we call Verizon they transfer us to the 3rd party company, who tells us they will stop billing and refund us the money. yet each month, we keep finding the fees on our bill that range from $8-30each time. And we have yet to see our refund. they now currently owe us $130!

My husband calls and calls and calls.

He asks for addresses, phone numbers, supervisors, and just keeps getting told the same thing every time...We are about to move and when we do, we are not going to continue with Verizon for service. And i am still going after my refund.

Make sure you call Verizon and ask for a Cram Block. Also ask for the Toll Billing center we dont issue credits for 3rd party but we place the charges on hold while the other companies issue the credits. I would suggest calling the BBB or the PUC also about 3rd party charges
