I got a refund check. Obviously, I wished they could have fixed the problem, rather than me having to swtich ISPs.

I was without Internet for most of 3 weeks. I spent hours on the phone with people in India.

When they couldn't fix it, I spent time on the phone with people in the US. When they couldn't fix it, they sent people to my house 3 times. They got it to work for maybe a day at a time. The last time, the tech left me his phone number.

I called him twice, and he never returned my call. I absolutely was not willing to start at scratch again. I have since switched my service to Comcast, and so far it has worked. Someone was supposed to call me from Verizon to arrange for a refund, but they never called.

It looks like I am into a long battle just to get credit for service I never got. I lost time at work, my wife had to take a day vacation.

I work two jobs, and both require Internet. Both of my supervisors were unhappy when I could not connect.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Having no internet service.
