Verizon - Do they really have a repair department?

I've been trying to get to their repair dept to complain about non-existent repair charges to my bill but each time i try to chat, i get billing dept and after running me around for like 20 mins "transfer" me to a queue that keeps looping for about 30 minutes then i get a chat robot that immediately transfer me back to billing dept. this really went on for 4 hours... OMG

How come Verizon TV only gets pixellated or drops audio during actual shows and NOT during commercials?

Oxygen, SD144/HD644; WE, SD149/HD649; Disc, SD120/620; Hist, SD128/HD628; IFC, SD234/HD734; USA, SD50/HD550; AP, SD130/HD630. The preceding channels have all exhibited precisely the same symptoms ONLY during mainstream programming and NEVER during commercials. WHY????????

your service is TERRIBLE anymore. you outsourced so i never understand your customer service reps, you offer a rewards program yet do not give the rewards, watching tv online is ALL commercials...the same commercial reset OVER and OVER again. not worth my money i will be calling comcast on Friday and getting rid of this *** service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even called to complain the other day and your prompt did not work, sent an email got no reply, messaged your team who told me they could not help. Verizon Fios: worst customer service & gen service/wait times

I had no choice in signing up for Verizon due to service area -- Ive had one terrible experience after another beginning with splotchy TV service to which I cannot get a service representative to fix the issue. On top of all of this: this is the 4th time I've tried to call about the problem and my wait time is currently 1 HOUR and 20 minutes (still counting). The last wait time was 1 HOUR and 45 min. Who has this kind of wasted time? At least with Comcast, someone answered the phone (even if they weren't always the most intelligent). If I could switch services, I would in a heartbeat. If you have a choice -- don't let it be Verizon Fios.

Verizon - PISSED is too light of a description

Many many year Verizon customer = 2 cells, landline, tv, internet = LOTS OF $ MONEY PER MONTH. I have to call every 3 months with a down service issue. The customer service WAIT is intolerable! The call cue line is obnoxious! The process to even identify yourself… they already HAVE all my business. It seems once every three months I get home at night to ZERO cable TV service... results in at least an hour on the phone.... blood pressure rising... often they have sent me to the main-box in the in the basement for a re-boot... or question my long standing wiring... or we do an "over the phone" set-top-box reboot (that’s not all that bad when it is successful). But tonight they said: disconnect your set top box, bring it to the local store tomorrow (second time for a box replacement) - or we can ship you another in days. I am betwixt. Dominantly I see the TEL companies pushing us consumers away from the telephone and toward the web - and that says it perfectly, THEY DON'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF TALKING TO OR SERVICING THE VERY CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE HAD FOR MANY YEARS.
