My family is moving to a new home in an area Verizon does not cover just outside New York, despite their adds that they cover everywhere. They will not allow us to transfer or credit the several hundreds of dollars of movies we have purchased to another home where we can and do use Verizon (not after tomorrow).

We were on hold for 2 hours to find this out and were pushed to four different people before someone said they would call us back and see what they could do. One person stated we had to home because they were too busy to do so. So do not buy any movies from Verizon if you think you may have to move one day. Despite you buying them.

they are not yours! So poor from a company that presents itself as caring about the customer.

What a joke of an experience. Would love to start a class action suit against these arrogant thieves.
