Could not get on the internet.Have a laptop computer I have Verizon phone and DSL.
Called VerizonTech support. Got India. Hard to understand them. Told me to hook up yellow cable.(??) Had me turn off DSL,two times, then back on, after several other attempts that did not work, asked for supervisor.
Had me press reset button, when it did not work, had me do it again.. 45 minutes later, I insisted on a US Tech person. after about 20 minutes(more) of waiting, and getting disconnected, got a US tech person, said had to reestablish connection with DSL after reset. Not a good idea to use reset button.
It totally disconnects the DSL.Their people in India do not know what they are doing, but that is all you can get when you call Verizon Tech support.
