I am totally FRUSTRATED. It has been a PAINFUL experience with Verizon.

I thought I did choose the right company to avoid troubles but, I got the worst experience of my life with Verizon than I have ever had. Simply not worthy. My phone is not working, I have no dial tone and my alarm system that is connected to it is of course not working. I called and got transferred 12 times from one service to another to only be told to call on Monday.

This simply *** and not acceptable. Even in case of emergency, I cannot dial 911 fro few days no. Verizon wants send a technician and charge me for it. The service is not working at all, I cannot even dial 911.

I cannot accept this anymore. I rather use Joe's service than Verizon!!

Simply said Verizon Service Sucks and their Customer Service is HORRIBLE, IT REALLY SUCKS< SUCKS and SUCKS!!
