I called Verizon Tech Support due to no picture on our TV.The Fios service has been terrible and Verizon so-called customer service is terrible.

Between my husband and I we were on hold over the course of two days for over 2 hours. No TV service for 4 days. We were promised in home service and they never showed. The people on the phone were no help, couldn't identify the problem and insisted we needed a new box.

We are now on our 5th box as it is.

This is by far the worst company in the world with the worst service in the world.They should stop so much adveritising and try putting their money in equipment and service.
