13 days with no business phones. three times I had a so called technician out to fix the issues. NONE of the so called professionals know what to do. Typical union employees. I have spent over SIX HOURS on the Phone with the 1800 number....NO SUPPORT. they simply do not care and do not know how to deal with customers or issues. Everyone claims they can't work on this or that. there training does not allow them to look into any other issues, meaning the tech comes out to look, but is not trained to climb a latter to "check" the wires on the pole. this is someones else's job. So I wait on hold to start another claim. Doing their job while i still pay the bill...some system....

on the phone again, as I write this...still on hold. 30 minutes running.
