I have had Verizon wireless service for over 15 years and they not improved there service in our area at all. I have had enough with the dropped calls and poor service.

I know several hundred have complained and nothing has been done here in south east Texas. I am sure AT&T will be glad to have me. I don't understand how you can only care about the big city customers.

I had a bag phone with Verizon and the service was the same then. All of this new technology and it sucks without a good signal so what is the point.

Monetary Loss: $20000.
