I have NEVER exprienced worse customer service than with Verizon. My home telephone service is out, and when I called I was put on endless hold as I was passed from one *** to another, each of whom was stupider than the last.
Was ultimately told that I would have to wait 10-15 days for anyone to even come out and look at the problem. "Customer service" reps were rude, uncaring, uneducated, helpless morons who completely wasted hours of my time before I gave up and decided to just cancel service.
Verizon, WAKE UP and realize that the people who PAY you for service should get it.
