I purchased two new Samsung Galaxy 5, under a new plan. I was given two envelopes for both phones to mail back to Verizon as requested by the young man who was very nice.
They were sent out in November of 2014, one arrived, and the other never made it. I gave Verizon the tracking information numerous times and they still today March 03, 2014 have not received the other one. It shows the last tracking in Kentucky, from Alabama.
Why make your customers responsible for the mishaps. I suggest you Verizon, should be responsible for the exchanges of the phones and prevents dissatisfied customers!
