Customer service berated me and would not pass me to a manager on two separate calls. Went to the store to find out the salesman had been fired.

Was told it would be made right - fraudulent billing was never corrected I had to drop the contract and lose all the money I had put into buy 3 iphone 7's on contract. Plus they put the account on my credit report - including the fraud. I disputed it, showing fraudulent billing, Verizon Sales rep said she and store manager would fix it. They never did and I have $2,000 on my credit report in collections from this CORPORATE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE CALLED VERIZON.

They deceptively tell you an item is free - we got two free tablets - that were then billed $10 per month for 24 months each! Scammers.

Worthless customer service at the 800#. Rude.

We have the same problem with Verizon, they owe us money back for a product that never did work and they will no refund us.
