I've had Verizon's Premium Customer Service for three weeks now and have had to use it four times. Each time, it takes more than 30 minutes to get an actual person on the phone.

One of the times, I was on hold for an hour and my call was then disconnected, so I never got to speak with an agent. The customer service reps are clueless and offer little more than another number to call. I used to like Verizon, but something has gone seriously wrong with their customer service. Makes me want to switch to another provide, but I'm in a contract now.

As soon as I can, I'll switch. Shame on you, Verizon.

You shouldn't ever need Premium Verizon Customer service which is just plain bad. But with Verizon I guess regular customer service is even worse.( I can't understand how that could be possible)

Verizon charges the most to give you the least. Its called greed.

Your best bet if possible is to avoid Verizon all together. Tell your friends!! Verizon is the worst telephone company in the USA....
