Easy the worst company ever. I had a few questions regarding a update and wanted some answers.

I tried calling a local store but was ALWAYS redirected to their large call center. I was put on hold twice for 2 separate people. It took 20 minutes and 3 people to answer two basic questions. When my girlfriends contract is up, we are switching to another carrier.

not to mention, Verizon is the biggest scam out of all the carriers. I never want to give them any of my business again.

This company is not professional and overcharges wherever they can. Extremely frustrating and annoying.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
