After many years of satisfied service with my in home plan with phone and dsl verizon service, i experienced a three month outage which verizon could not repair. They missed scheduled home appointments for which i took off work to be available, and when the problem was finally corrected it broke again the next day. I finally had to cancel the service because the company is disfunctional regarding repairs, customer service in both the phone and dsl internet serices. So after three months of disatisfied or no service verizon billed me and then turned it over to collections for 69.00 dollars which I payed !! It still is on my credit report. What a..holes

I too have Verizon, same problems as others on here. Bills incorrect, disconnecting even though it is their error, and charging reconnection fees, when they were in error.

I have come to believe the 3G map is actually a map of pissed off customers
