We signed up with Verizon with the promise of receiving a voucher for a tablet within one month from the installation of Verizon in our home. We never received the voucher.
After two months and several (yes several) hours on the phone with several (yes several) departments: customer service dept., legal dept., promotions dept., and finally the gift promotions dept., all we get is promises for return calls with the voucher number so we can take that to our local Verizon store to pick up the tablet. Now, this is day ten and we are still on square one.
This is no way to run a company. We are willing to go back to the competitor if this continues.
