Well on monday i was trying to get my oldest son a new phone and veerizon told me thst i couldnt not do it because i had a bill from lastyear that i was willing to pay to get my son another phone. Instead of telling me when on the phone with me that they tool next months phone bill and i couldnt get another phone i just called and asked for my money back. So iwent to another company and cant wait for the service that i have with verizon to be off the bill is crazy .
