Returned a samsung s 6 Defective phone.Over a month ago......still have not sent replacement.
Using 3 yr old phone. At present i have been one the phone. For over 2 hrs. Waiting for the supervisor.
To pick up the line. Have not been disconnected. Just on hold. Horrible customer service for a loyal 20+ year customer.
