NOT please with Verizon. My bill hasn't been consecutive for the past three months.

The sales rep relayed false billing information. They charged me almost $150 on my bill just for cutting a phone on that I brought in from home, the sales rep told me It would be $40. Then it goes down for the month of September. Now it went back up an additional 10 dollars.

Customer service was NOT helpful and my bill originally was 156 now it's 200. What's it going to be this month? It's obviously a guessing game. This is also the main reason I haven't upgraded my phone.

If they're going to charge me 150 just for cutting a phone on, I'd hate to see what the price of a new phone would be.

Definitely exploring other carrier options. This is very sloppy unprofessional service from a company that can raise bills for the heck of it
