Verizon - OneTalk

we switched to verizon onetalk for our business. We were sold a story and an entire system that does not do what they promised. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. We were overcharged for our phones and now we are in collections due to the sales rep not giving us the credit he promised. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS HORRIBLE

Verizon - No customer service

my family's phone has gone out 4 times this year, it happened again yesterday, and they won't send anyone for a week, we are sooooo fed up , and are switching to cable service, they show the same day you need repair, good by losers at Verizon

Verizon charges even after you die

My 95 yo mother moved to an Assisted Living Community after more than a decade of being a Verizon customer. We needed to cancel the cable, but keep the phone while the house was on the market. FACT: if you move or DIE, you still get hit with the fee. My entire family is switching.
