I signed up for Verizon back in Oct 07 and every month since then I have had errors on all of my parts of the bill. One bill does not mean 1 department..
I am transferred around continuoulsy to get things cleared up not to mention the complete waste of my time. Recently my house phone stopped working and I had to use my cell phone to get them to come out to fix it.. went over in minutes when i told them why I went over I was told I should have used a payphone!
i dropped them for all services and refuse to pay disconnect fees they can *** me!
