Since Verizon went to their new interactive menu I have not been able to resume on demand programs from where I left off. It keeps restarting from the beginning.

When i called them on this I was informed that they were aware of the problems but it won't be fixed till at least June when they release their new interactive menu.

What bull, given their resources they should have tested the recent release better and at least make a fix before June. They just don't really care to deal with these issues given that they must have the ability to put a fix in sooner>

You'd think they would, but they don't. They threw together the last upgrade in Jan/Feb and noticed all the bugs on certain boxes. Its listed in the known issues, and there's nothing a TSR can do about it, other than sending you a new box, which you probably complained about because you'll lose your recordings.
