I just tried paying my verizon bill on-line, just like last 3 years but was asked to join the paper-less billing in order to submit my bill. I have no other option-- I refused--so I have to submit my bill by check????
I have talked to customer service and only solution offered was to submit then opt-out of the paper-less billing. I have 4 cell phones in my family, so I want my daughters to see the bill without logging into my account on-line.
I cannot believe Verizon is doing this. My only recourse is to find other services.
