On Monday, 1 October, email service was interrupted. No customer alert was posted on their home page notifying customer of THEIR problem.

Real-time email capability was restored on Tuesday and an vague customer notification was received via email; still nothing posted on the home page......plenty of junk celebrity news but no notification of ongoing problems.

Today (Wednesday) the email files are still among the missing and there has been no word as to whether they will or can be restored. Verizon's customer service has completely failed with this incident.

Unbelievable incompetence by a major business in this regard.
