The new on demand menu useless, many more clicks to find content and now way to filter for free content only.It used to take 30 seconds to find free available content for a series on a channel, just searched and it took over 30 button presses and 2 minutes just to see content available for a series only to find out none was currently free. Disappointed New changes make FIOS On Demand even slower and harder to navigate. Is Xfinity this bad?

Verizon Fios once again pushed upgrades that are horrendous. They changed the OnDemand menu to have picture tiles and not a list of show titles. More than half of the pictures are unreadable and some have no show title at all. You are forced to scroll to each picture and click on it to read the show title. Additionally only 4-6 show on a screen instead of easily reading a show list of 12 or so. As usual Verizon just says too bad and I am sorry...

I jave been transfered 5x and have been on the phone gor over 2 hours. Im paying for service and the channels do not work. I do not have access to on demand free & premium channels, although it is part of my package. Im currently on hold with a worker who refused to give me her worker id or first name after I stated I want to file an executive level complaint.

On May 1st my on demand stop working.followed on screen instructions to reboot box,which caused my guide to stop working. Called Verizon,on phone over 1 hour with agent who kept rebooting system. Said i need new router and they would send it. Now May 18,never received router, can't get ahold of a live person at verizon.

Verizon Fios on demand sucks. When i wanted to watch a movie, they put a vision impaired version first so an unobservant person would rent it instead so they could make them pay twice to get the correct version. Also, during Passover, the movie Ten Commandments could not be rented but could be bought so i would have to pay more money. I am very upset and now am going to switch back to Optimum.

I purchased on demand videos from verizon and frontier and they refused to reimburse me after i was trying to renegotiate for service extention with frontier.... I asked for full refund. I had purchased about 10-12 movies over the last 3years. I have proof of purchases and took photos of the movies before switching to Spectrum. The offered $25 credit only..... If they can offer $25 they can reimburse full amount and i can buy the movies on blue...

What I hate about Verizon Fios: 1. Expensive and keeps climbing 2. On demand service lags on popular shows, or just doesn't exist 3. You can't fast forward in on demand shows, which is fair, but if I have to stop watching an episode for some reason, resume play starts the show all over.
