Returned cable box and employee used wrong SS#. Opened up a new account with Verizon the same day and was with them for two years.

They wanted over $500 to pay for the box I returned. After numerous visits to the store, phone calls, promises of follow up, collection calls they filed a complaint on my credit report. I disputed it and called them, only to be disconnected after being put on hold for half an hour.

Employee David at Spring Valley NY never was able to resolve it for me.

Though he acknowledged I returned the cable box to him. I have since tranfered to Cablevision where I can talk to someone and the service has been excellent .
