Meanwhile Guy heard the whole exchange and as such, immediately credited my account! I asked why he had asked me to go into the store for that dose of customer abuse and he said that the policy is to ask customers to try to resolve issues face to face! Haha! What a joke. Verizon pulled and typical car sales man bait and switch on long time customer. Worst, they blamed it on the phone carrier. With a family plan of 7, it is unacceptable. Store manager was too worried about money rather then doing the right thing.

Made a payment of 400$ 8 days later service gets shut down because of a 76$ balance. I paid that bill. Also found out while calling that day u can't speak to a manager no way no how unless you wait for a call back from one. Never again will I ever order another movie like I used to very frequently. Never will I do business when the contract is up with Verizon. Hope the 76$ was worth it Verizon.

Verizon's service is not good. They do not help, or care. For area in n.y we cannot have service because they do not offer fios in our area which is rural.
