I was a dummy and "switched" from Cordia to Verizon. At sign up I told the Agent to add the International plan, she didn't.
I received my first bill from Verizon and guess what, she didn't add the International plan and as a result I was billed $100.51 for a 19 minute call (only international call). I called Verizon today (3/30/09) and explained that the Agent didn't honor my request and would Verizon please re-rate my plan, the SUPERVISOR flat out said NO.
I asked, not even as a 1 time courtesy, she said NO. I disconnected my service today.
