Missed a call with test result for my son from Children's Hospital. Having trouble accessing my voicemail and have been on hold for 37 minutes with Verizon.

The hold times for them is out of control and hate that I have to take time away from my children and am at their mercy to get access to my messages. It is extremely frustrating that I cannot find anywhere on their website to help me access my messages.

I am at wits end at this point with being on hold. If I hang up, I'll need to go through this again tomorrow.

Verizon SUCKS BIG TIME! Their employee made a typo while doing data entry and I have to pay for the consequences.

When I explained them the situation the so called account manager tells me "I understand and I apologize but I can't do anything...". Terrible experience....

Would never want to deal with Verizon again.
