Reception - customer service in stores and on the phone is HORRIBLE! VERIZON is very expensive for no service and rude customer service.

Please DO NOT sign up with VERIZON they do not support the customer in any way, besides asking for payment. I was quoted a new plan in store, Northfield MN. My monthly bill came out and $119.. for a single line was STILL WAY high compared to Att..etc.

I contacted Verizon on several occasions, then finally "ported" as they stated , to Att, which I receive great service at a great price.

How can Verizon stay in business ? They are terrible!
