I've had nothing but troubles with Verizon since day 1. When I first moved here I had no choice of internet provider otherwise I would've gone elsewhere.

I didn't have internet for a month, then they tried billing me for the first month I didn't have internet. Seems like once a month we have loss of internet.

It's down again & after 2 days I call them back only to be told they know of outages & should have someone call me back. Why didn't they call to inform me of said outages?

When I ask to speak to a manager, I get the run around about he's on another call & the guy "Dominic" with a heavy accent says I'll receive a call back within 30 minutes.
