Other Company - They need to Quit!
Aterso01 has a negative balance on my credit report that I want to get off, it is the only thing stopping me from a good standing. The bill is from Verizon 7 years ago and is only for a deposit for a phone line. They say I owe $534.39. There are trying to settle also. I am a disabled senior citizen on Social Security. I do not have a lot of money left from my monthly amount to even live on, let alone pay for bill that old. Please tell me how to get it off and to quit calling and sending bills.

Verizon - Installation Review
After a lot of recommendations on service of products alone I switched to Verizon fios with a prayer of reliable internet, upon set up, the technician broke my television. I called in right away to let them know but it took 4 more calls and 2 weeks for someone to finally get back to me, I explained what happened and a manager came out to take pictures of the damage to my new Sony 40" smart tv he let me know they would call me in the next 2 days to let me know the next step. 2 weeks and 4 calls later I finally got ahold of the manager who sent me on a wild goose chase of repair centers for a quote to submit to their insurance, after finding out that it's almost 2016 and no one fixes tvs it took another week and 3 more calls to get the manager chris a in Coatesville on the phone, he told me to get a copy of the receipt and he would submit that and he would let me know the number to the claims department,he never gave me their phone number.l but after a week of constant calling I was able to get him on the phone for him to say they submitted the claim and someone should be calling me. No one ever called but many calls and another week later I got a call from his partner don Miller who let me know there wasn't enough evidence so the claim was denied. I called customer service who every time I've spoken with them they agreed this is ridiculous but chris is in charge of the account and they would have the claims department call me back. 2 months after my tv was broken by the tech and they tell me they are not replacing my tv again that they broke. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and I will be contacting the better business bureau, all of the local news channels, and leaving reviews on all social media sites and I will have all of my family and friends do the same until something is done about my broken television
