Verizon - Service that I did not receive and harassment

hello good afternoon I'm calling about service that I did not receive an harassment. I'm getting calls daily I'm still receiving bills My name is anissa Samuel my phn # is 7188800253. Due to outage from the day the service was suppose to start it never did. I canceled everything because nothing came on no telephone service. Theres an outstanding bal that I'm being harassed about daily. Why should I be receiving a bal. I NEVER received SERVICE If this doesn't cease I will go the legal way and Sue Verizon. For tampering with my credit and harassment. Pls resolve this. Thank you. I'm a cancer patient I do not need this negative energy . Aggravated disgusted person.

Verizon in Trenton, New Jersey - No contact, tired of phone waiting. They need more people to man the complants

Phone service went dead on Weds. Still no phone service yet on Thurs. at 6:43. I tried to reach the co. Weds and Thurs. No luck. Cost me over $15. waiting on my cell phone with all of the calls to Verizon.. Can't get someone to talk to. I am a heart patient. THIS COMPANY STINKS. THE BIGGER THEY GET THE LESS SERVICE I GET. THEY RAISE MY BILL AND I HAVE TO LOOSE CHANNELS TO KEEP MY SERVCE AFFORDABLE.

allowed Verizon to take payment out of checking account. the phone never worked at all. Verizon took $140.00 I returned the phone and was told I would get a refund from Verizon. Our land line service was inactive for almost a year. A town project occurred and the line was taken out without permission.

Verizon tried to find the cables, was unable. Still charging us after several calls to them, with the names of engineers we were working with. Filed a complaint with the FCC, the bill was credited. Thought after canceling the service we were done.

Received a bill for $9 and change. Said it was a pro forma rate based on the previous usage. The best was receiving 56 mailed notices all with different wording.

Someone in error sent us every letter template they use. Going to send another complaint to the FCC.

First, my landline dies and Verizon refuses to fix copper and tells me I have to upgrade my DSL service to FIOS. This forces me to purchase a VOIP phone that connects to my now DSL-only service. My work schedule makes it difficult to lock down a date for a tech to install the fiber service; I request an adjustment each month to reflect that I don't have telephone service. This was like pulling teeth- reps would tell me they could not make the adjustments, I hang up, call back, and the next rep is happy to accommodate the adjustment. I finally have the time to upgrade to FIOS to receive the 50/50 $29.99/month data only service that Verizon has been offering to me in several letters sent each month, only to be told that the option does not exist in their computer software. Three hours later on the phone with the rep, I'm told that I will receive the $54.99/month option with $25 credit adjusted each month and to send a fax of the offers to Verizon addressed to the customer rep and her supervisor. I do, I get the FIOS upgrade, and think everything is settled. Lo and behold, my bill does not reflect this; rather, it shows $79.99/month charge with $25 discounted. I call to have this adjusted again, only to get a runaround that they can't do this because I'm on a month to month contract. I was never told this previously. They pull out any justification to get you to pay more or upgrade to a more expensive package that you don't need, and will straight up lie that what other reps/supervisors provided are not, or were never, available options. Only with persistence and getting heated with one's words do you finally get what was originally promised. Verizon needs to get its act together; one hand doesn't know what the other is doing (intentionally, I believe) and they need to have clear and consistent language in its offers and what reps relay to customers. This shadiness and inconsistency will only alienate current and potential customers.

Verizon - Landline Phones

I live in a senior citizen condo building, and our landline phones have been going out for 4/5 weeks. Each time we call, the phones are fixed for 4/5 days, and go out again. We have had technicians come 4 or 5 times, and the problem is never fixed. Each technician tells us something different, and it always results in nothing being fixed. We have spent hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get this issue resolved, and also hours with different technicians coming out - none of them know anything. It is extremely important in a 55 Plus community that we have access to our phones 24/7. In addition, the intercom system to let people in is not working either and it is related to the phone problem. All of us pay our bill each month on time. Verizon has NO customer service and doesn't care if they repair the problem or not. All of us should get refunds for the month of January. I didn't think it was possible but Verizon is getting worse. Terrible service. Costomer service non existant. Stayed on phone over an hour trying to speak to a person. Transferred 3times and hung up on the 4th transfer. ZDo not use verizon fios!!!!
