I was told by Fios they would be here between 8am and 1 pm yesterday - no show. Today I was told I would be their first service call at 8am - no one mentioned the techs dont leave the office until 8:45.
It is now 11:15 and they still haven't shown up and I was told no one knows when they will arrive. Verizon treats their customers like trash! I asked billing who was going to reimburse me for my lost wages? Apparently no one.
Two Grand a year for t-v, internet and phone apparently doesn't mean anything to them.
